This project sits on the edge of a busy community intersection north of Toronto. The concept for this building developed from the desire to maintain the natural topography of the site and respect the sensitivity of the watershed. The building bridges over a low-lying portion of the site so as to allow the site to flow un-interrupted beneath the building.
